Business Development Executive – Home Care

SRK Care at Home is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive based in Pakistan to help increase awareness of its nonmedical in-home care services offered in Maryland. This remote role involves researching and connecting with potential referral partners such as senior living communities, healthcare providers, and community organizations. The successful candidate will facilitate professional introductions, coordinate meetings, and support the U.S. team in building strong, lasting relationships with organizations that serve adults, seniors, and families. While the U.S. team will manage local visits, client assessments, and service decisions, this position focuses on outreach and relationship development from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential referral partners, including senior living communities, community organizations, discharge planning teams, and healthcare practices.
- Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to introduce SRK Care at Home and arrange meetings with the U.S. team.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, outreach activities, follow-ups, and meeting notes within the company’s CRM system.
- Assist in preparing outreach materials and coordinate educational meetings to support relationship-building efforts.
- Track outreach outcomes and provide suggestions to improve strategies and effectiveness.
- Communicate professionally and adhere to company policies regarding the handling of confidential information.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outreach roles; experience in healthcare, home care, or the U.S. market is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in making professional calls and establishing relationships remotely.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, spreadsheets, email platforms, and LinkedIn for outreach and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and reliably follow through on commitments.
- Availability to work agreed hours that overlap with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
