Business Development Executive – Restaurant Acquisition

This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive position is based in Gujranwala, Pakistan, and focuses on acquiring and onboarding restaurants for a growing food delivery platform. The role involves engaging with restaurant owners, managing the onboarding process from initial contact through activation, and ensuring smooth integration of new partners into the platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or onboarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position operates during morning shifts and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect potential restaurant partners within the assigned territory.
- Conduct meetings with restaurant owners to present the platform’s value proposition and negotiate partnership terms.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation and menus from restaurants to facilitate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide training and support to restaurant staff to ensure they understand platform operations and standards.
- Coordinate activation activities to ensure restaurants go live smoothly on the platform.
- Follow up regularly with onboarded restaurants to address any issues and support ongoing engagement.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or onboarding roles, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality sector.
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
