Business Development Executive – SAAS

BMGenie is an innovative AI-powered real estate media platform that enhances property photos into professional, market-ready visuals using advanced technologies such as AI enhancement, virtual staging, and HDR processing. As the company expands its presence in the US market, it is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its team in Lahore. This on-site role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic SaaS environment focused on real estate technology, with shift timings from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The salary range for this position is PKR 80,000 to 120,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads from US-based real estate photographers, agents, brokers, and property marketing companies.
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to engage prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM and lead-generation tools.
- Present BMGenie’s value proposition effectively, qualify prospects, and schedule product demonstrations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets related to outreach efforts, meetings, conversions, and revenue generation.

Required Qualifications

- Between 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS sales.
- Proven experience working with international clients, preferably within the US market.
- Strong skills in cold calling, email outreach, negotiation, and communication.
- Familiarity with sales and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in selling SaaS products, AI tools, or technology solutions related to real estate is highly desirable.
