We are seeking a motivated female Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients. While you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospects, the closing of deals will be managed by our dedicated sales team. Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients to build a strong pipeline of leads.
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, cold emails, and other outreach channels.
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients to create interest in our services.
- Follow up consistently with leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and outreach activities for tracking purposes.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation to support business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and outreach techniques.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach platforms is advantageous.
- University degree in any discipline.
