Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a confident and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team on a night shift schedule from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. This onsite role focuses on generating leads and booking qualified product demonstrations for our US-based market. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers across the United States, effectively introducing our live chat service, and driving interest through persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to US business owners and key decision-makers.
- Present and explain the features of our live chat service while identifying customer needs.
- Manage objections professionally and qualify prospects based on their potential fit.
- Schedule product demonstrations and handle follow-ups or callbacks to ensure engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, along with daily call reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation is essential.
- Comfortable and confident in communicating with US-based customers.
- Professional demeanor with strong persuasion skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Work Environment
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000. The role requires working onsite during the night shift, providing an opportunity to engage directly with the team and access company resources in person.
