Business Development Executive (BDE)

VideosGeeks is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Conduct outreach using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless client experience.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
During the initial probation period (Month 1), the candidate will receive a travel stipend ranging from PKR 10,000 to 15,000, along with commissions on every successful sale. Upon successful completion of the probation period and based on performance, permanent employment will be offered with a basic salary of PKR 35,000 per month, in addition to commissions on sales. The role also provides opportunities for career advancement within the company.

The expected monthly compensation ranges from PKR 30,000 to PKR 80,000, depending on experience and performance. This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the Johar Town office.
