Business Development Executive (BDE)

TAIBA Creations, based in Multan, Pakistan, is seeking a confident and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing international clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and successfully closing deals related to our digital services. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Communicate professionally with international clients through chat, email, and Zoom meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification through negotiation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, and consistently follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records using CRM systems.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and establish competitive advantages.
- Track sales performance and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, including successful deal closing.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Fluent spoken and written English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
