Business Development Executive (Cold Caller)

We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Calling Sales Agent to join our team at our Bankers Town, DHA Phase 7, Lahore office. This is a full-time, on-site role that operates during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be results-driven with experience in outbound sales and client acquisition, particularly in cold calling. The primary focus will be on promoting SEO and Google My Business (GMB) services. The role requires engaging potential customers, clearly explaining our offerings, generating business opportunities, and successfully converting leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Introduce and promote the company’s SEO and Google My Business (GMB) services.
- Identify customer needs and explain how our services can benefit their business.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Handle customer objections confidently and communicate the value of our services effectively.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall performance and meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the office location.

- Immediate hiring with competitive pay ranging from Rs26,403.97 to Rs102,869.19 per month.
- Work is based in person at Bankers Town, DHA Phase 7, Lahore.
