Business Development Executive (Cold Caller)

We are seeking a confident and motivated Cold Calling Sales Agent to join our team in Bankers Town, DHA Phase 7, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires working the night shift and focuses on outbound sales, specifically promoting SEO and Google My Business (GMB) services. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our offerings, generating leads, and converting prospects into paying customers. This role demands a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Introduce and promote the company’s SEO and Google My Business (GMB) services effectively.
- Identify customer needs and clearly explain how our services can benefit their business.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Handle customer objections with confidence and communicate service benefits persuasively.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance performance and achieve business goals.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales is preferred.
- Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
- Target-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the office location.
