We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Lahore Gulberg, specializing in the study abroad education sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping students explore global educational opportunities while driving growth in international student recruitment and education services. The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business prospects, building strong partnerships, and contributing to the expansion of our services. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education and study abroad sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, agents, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration. Promote study abroad programs and services to prospective students and educational institutions effectively. Represent the organization at education fairs, webinars, and networking events to generate quality leads. Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and activities using CRM systems. Collaborate closely with marketing and counseling teams to enhance student engagement and improve conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the education or study abroad sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team is important. Willingness to travel as needed to attend events and meet partners is required. A goal-oriented mindset combined with a genuine passion for education and international opportunities is expected.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience working with overseas education consultants or universities is highly desirable. Familiarity with key international education markets such as the UK, USA, and Malaysia will be advantageous. Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools is considered a plus.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 120,000 per month, complemented by an attractive incentive structure.
