NexSinq SMC Pvt Ltd is seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Executive (BDE) to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis at their Gulberg 3, Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have experience in client acquisition through platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, focusing on services such as Web Development, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing. This role involves actively bidding on projects, managing client communications, and converting one-time clients into long-term accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Submit targeted and highly customized proposals on Upwork daily to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize Fiverr gigs, respond promptly to buyer inquiries, and close direct deals efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with international clients to understand technical requirements and finalize project scopes.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of bidding activities, response rates, and sales conversions to track performance.
- Develop relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in lead generation and sales through Upwork and Fiverr platforms.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain a professional tone in all communications.
- Strong understanding of digital agency services, including Web Development, Design (Figma), SEO, and Paid Advertising.
- Ability to create personalized, client-focused proposals that address specific pain points without relying on generic templates.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a commitment to quick response times and consistent follow-ups.
