We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in digital lead generation and B2B sales execution. This role serves as a vital link between marketing and sales teams, focusing on generating high-quality leads and supporting the sales pipeline through to deal closure. The successful candidate will skillfully use digital tools and data-driven strategies to identify prospects, nurture relationships, and help achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Support
Identify and research potential clients across sectors such as IT, Healthcare, Logistics, and Professional Services. Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io to build and qualify detailed lead lists. Execute targeted outreach campaigns using email marketing, social selling, and performance advertising on channels including Google and LinkedIn. Enhance inbound lead flow by performing basic funnel analysis with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEMrush. Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce to track engagement and conversion progress.

Sales Development & Deal Assistance
Conduct initial prospecting calls and discovery meetings to understand client needs and qualify sales opportunities. Collaborate with senior sales or business development managers to strategize deals and prepare proposals. Support the preparation of client-facing materials, pricing models, and basic contract documentation.

Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaigns and share field insights. Deliver timely updates on lead quality, objections, and competitive intelligence to refine outreach strategies. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and pipeline impact on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required Qualifications

Experience
2 to 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or sales development roles. Experience with international markets or regional campaigns is preferred. Background in SaaS or service-based B2B industries is advantageous.

Skills & Tools
Proficiency with CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and SEMrush is preferred but not mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor. A data-driven mindset focused on meeting lead generation and pipeline targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad (E-11/3). Candidates must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate prior to joining.
