Business Development Executive

Wayzari is developing a modern travel marketplace designed to help travelers discover destinations, compare packages, plan trips, and connect with verified tourism companies. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team for field onboarding in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This role involves visiting tourism companies, introducing them to the Wayzari platform, and assisting them in getting started effectively. It is a hands-on, people-oriented position suited for someone who communicates clearly, learns quickly, and is comfortable engaging directly with business owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit tourism companies within the assigned areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
- Clearly explain the benefits of the Wayzari platform and demonstrate how it can support their business growth.
- Assist companies in registering on the platform and uploading necessary business verification documents.
- Train at least one staff member from each company to confidently use the platform.
- Support operators in publishing their initial genuine travel packages on the platform.
- Obtain signed letters of intent from participating companies to formalize their onboarding.
- Follow up regularly until operators can use the platform independently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, onboarding progress, and operator feedback.
- Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the Wayzari team to help improve the platform and services.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply; no specific experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in spoken Urdu and basic professional communication skills in English.
- Comfortable meeting and interacting with tourism company owners and staff in person.
- Basic skills in using smartphones, laptops, and internet applications.
- Patience and strong interpersonal skills to teach and guide users through the onboarding process.
- Reliable, organized, and honest in reporting field activities and progress.
- Ability to travel locally within Islamabad and Rawalpindi regularly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in sales, fieldwork, tourism, or customer onboarding is advantageous but not required.
- The role offers a fixed basic salary complemented by a performance-based commission structure. Commissions are tied to successfully verified tourism companies that complete onboarding and publish genuine packages.
