About the Role We are looking for Business Development Executives to promote our products and services worldwide. Ideal candidates will be have a sales and marketing background and will be responsible for networking, generating business, and closing deals. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

Promoting the company's services to potential clients in local and international markets.
Reach out to prospects through DMs, emails, and calls, and follow up consistently.
Negotiate our services clearly and confidently with businesses worldwide for closing deals.
Bid on various freelance platforms, tenders, and other opportunities to win projects.
Use AI tools to speed up research, outreach, design proposals, and day-to-day tasks.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep records of leads, conversations, and deals up to date.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree. Candidates with A Levels completed are acceptable.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, freelance bidding or a similar role.
Confident & comfortable reaching out to and meeting new people worldwide.
Knowledge and ability to use AI tools to get work done efficiently.
Working experience with international clients is a plus.
Understanding of various freelance buusiness platforms, i.e. Upwork, Fiver, Freelancer.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated, target-focused, and able to work as a Team Member.
Strong Proposal Writing Skills are expected.
