Business Development Executive

Based in Islamabad, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with over two years of relevant experience. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing a structured work schedule. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 90,000, along with commission incentives.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to identify and engage potential clients by presenting the company’s products and services effectively. Generating leads is essential and will be achieved through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media platforms. Meeting and exceeding sales targets is a critical part of the job, requiring strong pitching, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients and industry contacts is also vital for sustained business growth. Additionally, the role involves developing strategic business development plans and exploring new market opportunities to expand the company’s reach. Regular tracking and reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance to management will be expected.
