Business Development Executive

LDP Logistics is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the 3PL logistics sector to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, client relationship management, and uncovering new business opportunities within logistics. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the 3PL logistics industry.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Promote the company’s logistics and supply chain services to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers customized to client needs.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms to secure new business agreements.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet assigned sales targets and actively contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the 3PL logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain solutions.
- Proven expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on follow-up and closing deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
