Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property dealers, investors, and potential buyers.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups to close sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports and client records to track progress and performance.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads and prospects into confirmed sales.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and professionally presentable.
