KoreSys Technologies is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to support and expand our business growth in both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify key decision-makers, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and successfully close high-value deals within the IT and digital sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a passion for driving results in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Qualify: Conduct thorough research to identify and engage key decision-makers across various global industries, ensuring a consistent and robust sales pipeline.
- Outreach & Lead Nurturing: Design and implement targeted outreach campaigns via cold emails, LinkedIn, and other multi-channel platforms to secure high-quality B2B sales meetings.
- Deal Closure & Strategy: Lead discovery calls, present customized solutions to clients, address objections effectively, and manage the sales process from initial contact through to successful deal closure.
- Pipeline Management: Keep prospect databases current, monitor sales metrics, and schedule timely follow-ups using CRM tools to maintain an organized and efficient sales workflow.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in B2B Business Development or Sales, preferably within a Digital Agency or IT Services environment.
- Proficient in using prospecting, cold outreach, and CRM software to manage sales activities and track progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- A target-driven mindset characterized by high initiative, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Job Details:
- Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi (On-site)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
