Elite Star Management Consultancies LLC (ESMC), based in Dubai, is seeking Business Development Executives (female/male) to join its US consultancy operations from Karachi. This is a full-time, long-term position requiring candidates to work US business hours remotely from Pakistan. The role involves engaging with small and medium-sized US businesses to promote bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services, with close coordination with the Dubai head office.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to US small and medium businesses to generate interest in bookkeeping, accounts, and tax services.
- Qualify prospects effectively, schedule meetings for senior consultants, and follow up to help close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and deals in the company CRM system (HubSpot).
- Collaborate daily with the head office team in Dubai to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role involving outbound calling, telesales, business development, or client handling.
- Ability to work US Eastern business hours (approximately 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan time, adjusting for US daylight saving).
- Must reside in Karachi and be able to work in a hybrid setup, combining remote work with occasional in-person meetings and training sessions.
- Reliable access to a personal laptop, stable internet connection, and power backup for remote work days.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with US clients or basic knowledge of bookkeeping and US tax regulations is considered an advantage.
- The position offers a gross monthly salary starting at PKR 75,000, with potential to increase up to PKR 100,000 based on the candidate’s profile and experience.
