Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our expanding Logistics & Freight Forwarding Sales team based in Gulberg III, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role operates during the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, aligning with US and Canadian business hours. The position focuses on B2B sales within the US and Canadian trucking, logistics, dispatch, and freight brokerage markets. It is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of relevant experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates with significantly more experience than required may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify potential clients among US and Canadian trucking companies and owner-operators.
- Present and pitch dispatching and freight brokerage services to prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales process to convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Work toward achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and daily sales activities within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills are mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of building professional relationships.
