Business Development Executive

Dexterz Technologies, a global leader in intelligent software, scalable data platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise systems, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their team in Park View City, Lahore. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth by generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. The position operates from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads to expand the company’s client base.
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships to support sustained business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of lead generation techniques and client handling processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
