Business Development Executive

IT Rockers is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their team on-site in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time role requires 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, particularly with hands-on expertise in bidding on freelance marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and managing proposals to drive business growth. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 70,000, along with attractive performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bidding processes and submit proposals on platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate qualified leads.
- Write persuasive proposals and negotiate project terms effectively.
- Convert prospects into long-term clients and maintain strong business relationships.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor bidding performance and explore new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development.
- Proven hands-on experience with bidding on freelance marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
- Access to previously managed Upwork profiles to demonstrate bidding history and relevant experience.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, communication, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and successfully secure projects.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business growth.
