Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive with solid experience in lead generation, data scraping, campaign execution, and cold calling. The ideal candidate will be confident in identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and converting leads into valuable business opportunities. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through thorough online research and prospecting efforts.
- Perform data scraping to build targeted and accurate prospect lists.
- Execute email and outreach campaigns to engage potential clients effectively.
- Conduct cold calls and communicate professionally with prospects to nurture relationships.
- Follow up with leads promptly and maintain an organized sales pipeline for efficient tracking.
- Identify new business opportunities to support ongoing revenue growth.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and campaign activities.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales roles.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and data scraping tools.
- Strong cold calling skills combined with excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience in executing outreach or marketing campaigns.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Good research, negotiation, and follow-up skills to effectively manage prospects.
- Willingness and ability to work during the evening shift.
