JNJ Polymer Industries (Pvt.) Limited is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality Plastic Masterbatch and Polymer Compounds. Our product range includes Plastic Fillers, Color and Additive Masterbatch, and specialized Polymer Compounds primarily used in PP and PE based plastics. We are dedicated to providing superior products that meet the evolving needs of the plastic manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving sales growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and current clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress against targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client requirements.
- Travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events, representing the company professionally.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data to support sales efforts.
- Ability to organize and manage time efficiently to handle multiple client accounts and sales activities.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales is preferred.
- The position is based at Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
- There are five openings available for this role in Lahore.
