JNJ Polymer Industries (Pvt.) Limited is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality Plastic Masterbatch and Polymer Compounds. Our product range includes Plastic Fillers, Color and Additive Masterbatch, and specialized Polymer Compounds primarily used in PP and PE based plastics. We pride ourselves on delivering superior products tailored to meet the diverse needs of the plastic manufacturing industry. Currently, we are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidates will focus on building and sustaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastic manufacturing sector to expand the company’s market presence.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics regularly to track progress against targets and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- Travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events, representing the company professionally.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven sales and business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing and delivering sales presentations that influence decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry-related events.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B industrial sales is preferred, particularly within the plastics or polymer industry.
- Candidates will be based at our facility located in Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
