Business Development Executive (Medical Billing)

We are seeking a motivated Medical Billing Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team in Lahore, specializing in US healthcare sales. This role is based on-site at DHA Phase 1 and requires working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in medical billing sales or US healthcare business development, with a strong ability to close deals and build relationships with US-based clients. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 140,000+, depending on experience and performance. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads within the US healthcare market.
- Prospect medical practices, clinics, and healthcare providers to identify potential clients.
- Conduct cold calls, send emails, and perform LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to track opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical billing sales or healthcare business development, particularly within the US healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems and medical billing processes.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Expertise in B2B sales, including cold-calling and outreach strategies.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working directly with US-based clients and decision-makers.
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on follow-up and closing deals.
- Target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
