Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

Bundo Tech is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive to join our international sales team during the night shift. This role focuses on driving global business growth by generating qualified leads and fostering strong relationships with overseas clients. As an official Odoo Partner, we specialize in ERP implementation, customization, integration, and support services across various industries such as pharmaceuticals, hospitality, restaurants, and retail.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through international cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Engage with international prospects to understand their business needs and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Present Odoo ERP solutions effectively and collaborate with the technical team to address client requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and expand the company’s international client base.
- Manage the sales pipeline by following up with prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Track and report on lead generation, meetings, proposals, and conversions to ensure transparency and progress.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or international sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in international cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Excellent English communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to international clients across various time zones.
