Business Development Executive (Ocean/Air) - Import

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Oversee customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Provide support for shipping operations, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate seamless logistics processes.
- Maintain accurate reporting and adhere to digital discipline for tracking sales and operational metrics.
- Effectively manage tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and business goals.
- Ensure compliance with administrative requirements and company policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong networking skills with established connections among freight forwarders in the market.
- Solid understanding of local and international regulations, including governmental, customs, ocean freight, and hazardous cargo rules.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
