Business Development Executive

Forum BPO, a prominent outsourcing company dedicated to enhancing business operations, efficiency, and growth through dependable business solutions, is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join their team. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or related fields who are eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply. The position requires working the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift and is based at the company’s office in Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads using calls, emails, networking, and other sales channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong, lasting client relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline through diligent follow-up with prospects.
- Address client queries promptly and resolve any issues effectively.
- Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Tele-Sales, or a closely related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionally.
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to work the designated 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
