Business Development Executive (UK Campaign)

We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our team in Karachi for an exciting UK campaign. This full-time, on-site role involves working with one of Europe’s leading food delivery platforms to onboard UK restaurants and takeaways, helping them grow their businesses. The position offers a competitive starting salary of PKR 100,000 along with uncapped commission. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurant and takeaway owners across the UK.
- Present and pitch the platform effectively to convert prospects into business partners.
- Manage objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals successfully.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Keep CRM data accurate and updated regularly.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage in fluent conversations.
- Confidence in interacting with UK-based business owners.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- A target-driven attitude with enthusiasm for earning commission-based income.
