Business Development Executive(Cold calling)

Brandix Soft Pvt. Ltd., located in Gulberg III, Lahore, is seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives to join their team for UK and US campaigns. This on-site role operates Monday through Friday, offering candidates the opportunity to engage with international markets through outbound cold calling. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the UK or US markets.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote services including SEO, digital marketing, website development, and related IT solutions.
- Understand client requirements and arrange qualified meetings or transfer prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow up with potential clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and client engagement.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing services.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and lead-generation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve results.
- Previous experience in international cold calling or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
