Business Development Executives

Nexera Global Tech, a leading supply chain audit and optimization firm, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Karachi. Our company specializes in helping organizations identify cost leakages, improve operational efficiency, and optimize supply chain processes across procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and planning. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our B2B growth and client acquisition efforts by building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute B2B business development and sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify, approach, and engage senior decision-makers and C-suite executives, including CEOs, Directors, and COOs.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, strategic partnerships, and lead generation activities.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects.
- Conduct initial client discussions to understand their business challenges and identify potential consulting opportunities.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and client solutions.
- Follow up with prospects diligently to support the conversion of qualified leads into clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the confidence to engage senior management and C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently and manage business development activities effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills to nurture client connections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
