This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore is focused on driving business growth for Keystone Medics’ medical billing and RCM services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and presenting service offerings to healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s client base and supporting the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new prospects through outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to healthcare practices and facilities.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support ongoing business growth and client retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless service delivery for new clients.
- Meet or exceed defined sales and revenue targets consistently.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of identifying opportunities and converting prospects into clients.
- Strong Business and Account Management abilities, including pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in delivering presentations.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the medical billing, healthcare, or related services sectors.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset combined with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain professionalism when interacting with clients at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Understanding of medical billing, revenue cycle management processes, or healthcare operations is highly advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
