Business Development Intern

Savvy Programmers, a dynamic Web Design and Development agency established in 2020, is seeking an entry-level Upwork Bidder to join our business development team onsite at our Lahore office. This full-time role operates from 5 PM to 2 AM and offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with up to six months of experience who are eager to grow their skills in online bidding and client engagement within the IT services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base by leveraging freelance platforms such as Upwork, crafting tailored proposals, and collaborating closely with our technical team to secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Write customized, winning proposals that align with client requirements and the agency’s expertise.
- Communicate effectively with clients via messages and calls to understand project needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to estimate project timelines and prepare competitive bids.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Track and report bidding performance, conversion ratios, and market trends.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the role of an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive within an IT or software company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
