Business Development Intern

Savvy Programmers, a dynamic Web Design and Development agency established in 2020, is seeking an entry-level Upwork Bidder to join our business development team onsite at our Lahore office. Specializing in platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, WooCommerce, Squarespace, and Kajabi, we deliver comprehensive digital solutions with a strong emphasis on quality and client satisfaction. This full-time role operates from 5 PM to 2 AM and offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with up to six months of experience who are eager to grow their skills in online bidding and client engagement within the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Craft customized, winning proposals that align with client requirements and the agency’s expertise.
- Communicate effectively with clients via messages and calls to fully understand project needs.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to estimate project timelines and prepare competitive bids.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Track and report on bidding performance, conversion ratios, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
- Work in coordination with management to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the role of an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive within an IT or software company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
