Business Development Intern

Autometa, a technology-driven company specializing in AI solutions, software development, and digital media, is seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern. This full-time, on-site internship is based at our DHA Phase 1 office in Lahore. The role offers a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 30,000 to 40,000. As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in client communication, partnerships, and sales within the fast-paced tech industry, working closely with our Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Assist the business development team in negotiations, proposal preparation, and scheduling client deals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, deals, and progress using CRM and internal systems.
- Review proposals and agreements for accuracy before submission to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and partnerships are delivered according to agreements.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to draft documents, conduct research, and streamline tasks, applying personal judgment to finalize outputs.
- Support the identification of new business opportunities and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with clients through email and phone calls.
- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, with no ongoing academic commitments.
- Practical experience using AI tools for writing, research, analysis, and problem-solving in a professional context.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at the DHA Phase 1 office in Lahore.
- Commitment to complete the full 3-month internship period.
