Business Development Intern

Cubixsoft is seeking a confident and motivated Cold Caller to join our expanding team based in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, enjoys engaging with people, and has a strong interest in sales and business development. As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial part in connecting with potential clients, primarily in the US and Canada, to introduce our software development services and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients located in the US and Canada.
- Present and introduce Cubixsoft’s software development services effectively.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to schedule meetings.
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain accurate call records.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients, particularly in North America.
- Ability to engage prospects, generate leads, and handle objections professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or IT services is considered an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or a relevant field is preferred.
