Location: Lahore, Pakistan — On-site

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Experience: Fresh Graduates – 6 Months

Job Overview ArhamSoft is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to generate leads and secure projects through the Freelancer platform. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build their careers in proposal writing, client communication, and international business development. Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant projects and potential clients on Freelancer.
Write and submit customized proposals according to project requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project estimates, timelines, and quotations.
Communicate professionally with clients and follow up on leads to secure projects.
Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain records of proposals, leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Monitor proposal performance and comply with platform guidelines.

Requirements

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Freelancer is an advantage.
Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn proposal writing, project estimation, and client acquisition.
