Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities:
The Business Development (BD) Intern will work full-time on-site for a period of four months at the Johar Town location. The role involves supporting business development efforts by identifying potential clients and assisting with lead generation campaigns. The intern will maintain accurate records using CRM or other tracking tools and conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor offerings. Preparing summaries and reports to inform the BD strategy will be a regular task. Additionally, the intern will draft outreach messages, participate in client communications under supervision, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely engagement. Other responsibilities include assisting with presentations, documenting customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI transformation projects.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting clearly with internal teams and potential clients. The ability to generate leads by identifying prospects and qualifying opportunities is required, along with market research skills to gather and organize relevant industry and customer information. Customer service skills are important to handle inquiries professionally and contribute to positive client experiences. Candidates should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. The ability to work collaboratively, manage time efficiently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Familiarity with CRM tools and a basic understanding of AI or technology services will be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software is preferred. The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000. The position requires working on-site in Johar Town, Lahore, with a shift from 3 PM to 12 AM.
