Business Development Intern (Remote)

NexPred Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join their remote team based in Pakistan. This role involves actively searching for and securing relevant freelance projects primarily on platforms like Upwork. The position requires working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Saturday through Wednesday, with Thursdays and Fridays off. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying suitable job opportunities, preparing tailored proposals, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure project alignment with company capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular searches for job opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Analyze job descriptions to identify projects that match the company’s services.
- Evaluate and shortlist projects based on client needs, budget, scope, and relevance.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals and bids for selected projects.
- Monitor new job postings and respond promptly to relevant opportunities.
- Maintain consistent job searching and bidding activities throughout working days.
- Review client profiles, hiring history, budgets, and project details before applying.
- Prioritize high-quality opportunities with strong potential for conversion while avoiding irrelevant projects.
- Track all submitted proposals, client communications, interviews, and other business development activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project clarifications and evaluations when necessary.
- Continuously improve proposal quality and job selection strategies based on feedback and results.

Required Qualifications
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to understand and assess project requirements effectively.
- High attention to detail when reviewing client profiles and job postings.
- Skilled in writing clear, customized, and persuasive proposals.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
