Business Development Intern - Staff Augmentation (Night Shift)

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Intern or Associate Business Development Executive to join our team specializing in the Staff Augmentation domain. This role is ideal for candidates with a basic understanding of Staff Augmentation or IT Services sales, including fresh graduates or those with 4 to 6 months of relevant hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation and client outreach activities focused on Staff Augmentation services.
- Identify and engage potential clients primarily in the US, UK, and EU markets.
- Support communication efforts, including follow-ups and relationship building with clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical and recruitment teams to match software developer profiles with client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling for lead generation.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with foundational knowledge of Staff Augmentation or candidates possessing 4 to 6 months of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT.
- Strong eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within the IT industry.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and developer skill sets is advantageous.
