Business Development Intern - Upwork (Paid)

Orax Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern focused on Upwork to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and search for relevant projects on Upwork.
- Assist in preparing and submitting tailored proposals to potential clients.
- Conduct research on prospective clients and explore new business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospects and support follow-up activities to nurture leads.
- Learn and apply Upwork bidding strategies, lead generation techniques, and client acquisition processes.
- Maintain organized records of proposals, leads, and client responses.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to help achieve sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Genuine interest in sales and business development.
- Basic understanding of the Upwork platform is advantageous.
- Good research, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of software or IT services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is an office-based internship located in Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The internship duration is three months.
- A monthly stipend of PKR 15,000 is provided.
- Performance-based commission is offered on successfully closed projects, providing additional earning potential.
- Successful interns may be considered for a full-time Business Development Executive position based on their performance during the internship.
