Dewan Motors, the exclusive importer of BMW and BMW Motorrad in Pakistan, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Aftersales operations based in Lahore and Islamabad. This role reports directly to the Head of Aftersales – GM Service Operations. Dewan Motors is recognized for representing premium automotive brands known for innovation, performance, and engineering excellence. The company is dedicated to providing exceptional automotive sales and aftersales services through its extensive network of dealerships and service centers across Pakistan.
The primary objective of this position is to drive business growth, enhance revenue generation, improve customer retention, and increase service profitability. This will be achieved through strategic initiatives focused on aftersales operations, including workshop services, spare parts management, maintenance packages, customer relationship management, and service marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow aftersales revenue and market share.
- Formulate and execute aftersales marketing plans to promote workshop services, spare parts, and maintenance packages.
- Monitor operational performance through regular KPI reporting and data analysis to ensure targets are met.
- Manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Identify and cultivate corporate and institutional business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless aftersales operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive aftersales dealership operations, business development, service marketing, or key account management.
- Strong knowledge of workshop operations, spare parts management, service revenue streams, and customer retention strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in business planning, KPI reporting, data analysis, and performance management.
