Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and customer service to streamline processes.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic distribution plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost reduction and service excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in distribution, supply chain management, or logistics within a large-scale operation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
