Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding)

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics), a leading and trusted name in customs clearance services across Pakistan, is seeking to hire a Manager Sales and Assistant Manager Sales for its Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding division based in Karachi. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the import process, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of logistics services, particularly import customs clearance. The ability to craft and present customized solutions to meet client needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong sales expertise specifically in import customs clearance services.
- Possess thorough knowledge of import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing sectors.
- Conduct daily market visits to develop new business, prepare tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client requirements.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies aimed at optimizing profits and minimizing costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office proficiently for reporting and communication purposes.
- Must have own vehicle or conveyance to facilitate client visits and job-related travel.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA degree is preferred.
- 5 to 6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within import customs clearance.
