We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in civil works projects to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil construction and a proven track record of driving business growth through identifying and securing new project opportunities. This role involves engaging with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to expand the company’s portfolio in buildings, villas, infrastructure, and other civil works. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing proposals, tenders, and commercial presentations while maintaining strong client relationships and negotiating contracts to support the company’s strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new civil construction projects, including buildings, villas, infrastructure, and related civil works.
- Develop and nurture business opportunities by building relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts effectively to maximize business outcomes and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to stay ahead in the industry.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Maintain strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills to foster long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development specifically within civil construction projects.
- Strong ability to identify and secure new projects in the civil works sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional approach to client management.
- Demonstrated capability in preparing proposals, tenders, and commercial documentation.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
