Business Development Manager

Premier Star Technology (Private) Limited (PST), based in Islamabad, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a passion for IT, Cybersecurity, and Technology Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a strong understanding of technology sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise clients across various sectors including banking, telecom, government, and corporate organizations, driving growth and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, customer visits, and other channels.
- Identify and develop business opportunities across enterprise, banking, telecom, government, and corporate sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, purchase order closure, and post-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with presales, technical teams, vendors, and distributors to design and deliver appropriate technology solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technology opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in Technology Sales or Business Development roles.
- Solid understanding of Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, Backup, or Enterprise Solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in preparing RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in English and skilled in using MS Office applications.
