Business Development Manager

Spectrum Trading is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within the automotive aftermarket sector. This role focuses on expanding sales and developing strong dealer and installer networks for automotive films and surface protection products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales, particularly within the automotive aftermarket, and be skilled at building relationships with premium dealerships and key accounts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s success by identifying market opportunities and leading business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Paint Protection Films (PPF), Automotive Window Films, and Ceramic Coatings.
- Develop and expand dealer and installer networks to increase market reach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with premium automotive dealerships and key accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Lead product promotions, demonstrations, and other business development initiatives.
- Manage sales targets, forecasts, and overall business performance to ensure growth objectives are met.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan, particularly within the southern region.
