Business Development Manager

Linguists & Visacons is a prominent study abroad consultancy and English language test preparation center committed to helping students achieve their international educational and career aspirations. Currently, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Female Business Development Manager to join our on-site team. This role is pivotal in driving digital client engagement and lead conversion, serving as the primary brand ambassador across our communication platforms to build trust, respond to inquiries, and convert prospects into enrolled clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead conversion is a core focus, managing the entire sales pipeline by turning inbound inquiries from social media and WhatsApp chats into confirmed clients. The role requires active digital client engagement, monitoring and responding promptly to prospective student queries across all official social media channels and WhatsApp business accounts. Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential. Relationship management involves providing exceptional customer service by understanding student needs and recommending tailored consultancy and course solutions. Additionally, maintaining proactive follow-up schedules with high-intent leads and keeping detailed records of interactions and conversion progress within the company’s system is critical.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a proven sales track record, demonstrating success in direct sales, tele-sales, or digital business development with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in managing professional communications via WhatsApp and major social media platforms is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and persuasive abilities, are essential. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing effectively to a team is required. Experience in educational consulting, language training, or study abroad admissions is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month, along with uncapped performance incentives. This is an office-based role requiring on-site presence to ensure effective team collaboration and client engagement.
