Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be based full-time on-site in Karachi Division and will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships. This position involves expanding the reach of Boltay Huroof’s Braille and accessibility solutions across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Daily activities include conducting thorough market research, engaging with potential clients and stakeholders, preparing detailed proposals and presentations, and negotiating and closing deals.

Collaboration is essential in this role, as the manager will work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that offerings align with customer needs and accessibility standards. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and representing the organization at meetings, events, and conferences to promote the company’s mission and solutions.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in business development, sales planning, and strategic partnership management. Proficiency in market research, customer needs analysis, and opportunity assessment is essential. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required to engage with diverse stakeholders successfully. The role also demands excellent relationship-building and account management abilities to foster and maintain long-term collaborations.

Relevant experience in technology, accessibility solutions, or social impact initiatives will be highly valued. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will be considered. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Karachi Division, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
